Mildew Around Windows

  • You may notice a black substance on your aluminum window frames. More than likely this may just be mildew from condensation and air infiltration, which is common.

  • This is easily remedied with frequent housekeeping.  Simply wipe the window frame with a Clorox wipe weekly to prevent the mildew.
